Spot lights

just sorting out the spot lights on my surf the relays are not switching when going onto high beam found this plug below the steering wheel Can someone tell me if this is part of the wiring. I’ve bench tested the relays and both work picture enclosed of the plug

Really hard to say to be honest. I'm assuming the spot lights are aftermarket, in which case they could be any make, and nothing specific to Toyota or Surfs.... so almost impossible to say.

That wire does look aftermarket however, and nothing like anything Toyota I've ever seen, so good chance that it's related.
