Leaking front diff.

If the garage tells me the front diff is probably leaking is this what I'm looking at that needs replacing?

What kind of labour/hours is a decent garage going to take to do this?

It depends where it's leaking from, there are at least 3 seals on the front diff and a couple of gaskets. You need to go somewhere that can tell if it's leaking and not say it's 'probably' leaking. It either is or it isn't.

The seal in your picture is the pinion seal, there's about an hour's work in changing it.
