Wash it underneath, nothing annoys a MOT guy more than lumps of mud falling on his head or garage floor.
An annoyed MOT guy won't do you any favours.
Make sure you have good wiper blades, washer bottle filled up, and bulbs work etc, if they get a few little things adding up, they might as well write every little thing down, and you won't get any breaks.

Hi leave a £20 note on the floor and if they fail it when going to pay search your pockets and say oh l must have left a £20 note in the car and go and have a look and see if its gone. hehehe

Reason: correction
Before giving it a blast shove quite a bit of redex in the tank to clear off the carbon deposits of the injectors, should have done this through the week though to allow the redex to circulate through the tank...Should provide better emissions.
I started a week before the MOT putting redex in the tank at fill up time, and it helped that I had been building up a rapport with the guys at the garage with jobs I could have done myself but put into the garage for this reason.
As soon as I phoned to book the MOT they new the person they were speaking too.
Thanks for all the hints..
Topped ever thing up
Redex in fuel
Got the wipers sorted
Washed it but not too well (no polish wanted it to look used)
Then took it for a blast (removing any lumps of mud left)
Got lucky The bloke doing the MOT happens to offroad bikes for a hobby and loved the truck "That sump gaurds wiked" he says
Happy Happy Man now
Passed emmisions 0.83 (allowed up to 3.0)((I did thrash it a bit first ))
Cheers
