Q. Dose the sin bin have any link to a reduction in the convicted persons post count ?.
eg: for putting admin on the spot ect.

Yes we can reduce the post count.
Seeing as i spent 30-40mins checking this checking that for what was wrong I might just use the bin anyway for wastage of my precious time.
