Tea bags, sugar, kettle... spoon to wind it up with... Fridge for the cold beers when you really get stuck and .... slug impersonation suit (err sleeping bag)
So I pick up my new Surf on Monday and want to get it off road and play . What things I should be carrying when I go off roading?
Thanks
A map. Wellies. A friend in another 4x4 is usefull at times. A selection of tow ropes, 4 tonne straps & bow shackles. A chainsaw (or big bow saw will do) for fallen tree, branch & other obstruction removal! Some cash (£50) to pay a farmer for a tow out!
One bit of kit I never go off road without now is my Kinetic Energy Recovery Rope (KERR) - great bit of kit for pulling your mates (or being pulled) out of the real sticky stuff.
Reasonably expensive (especially once you add on bridles/shackles) but well worth it if you are doing anything more than green laning.
