On Friday I've got mine in for a service.
The last owner had it checked regually and I dont think it doesnt really need it but I've only had it a couple of months so I want to checked myself.

Anyone got any tips for things I should tell them to look at/look out for?

Save your money dude !!!!

Dude what are you doing getting someone else to service it !!!!!.
Thats part the fun of having a surf spending every weekend tinkering with you little baby !!!!.
What ever they do to it servicing wise i bet you could do it if you put your mind to it ?????.
Go on have a go and save your money for some mods.
