Not so sure how well the White "Peal" paint will last tho
Interesting suspension lift setup too, I see from the pics in the member rig section here (well spotted Alan) that it appears to have 4 rear shocks, the normal two vertical ones plus two near horizontal ones that can be seen thru the wheelarch, interesting.
Whatever about the rest of the lift, I see the panhard rod still needs sorting.Maurice

Shocks are normally placed like that to control axle wrap, it happens alot on big suspension lifts with leaf springs, when the torque of turning big tyres or powerful motor twists the axle round, or the front axle twists when you stomp on the brakes. Not normally an issue on 4 link setups like a 2nd gen, but the links could be at quite an angle due to the lift so it might have a lot of axle tramp when giving it a footful.Originally posted by da SLUG manhmmm... dunno what the extra shocks are for? they seem to go from body to chassis???
on the rear view the axle is off centre
