I got a days polo bought for me for Crimbo and went and played yesterday...
What a laugh...them ponies have better brakes then my car... Ascot Park polo club...good friendly bunch, stayed to watch some matches after to see how it should be done.. will have to go back to learn some more....

Now....need to find some rich bloke with large...

I had never ridden a horse in my life before!!!

(Cept a couple of beach donkey/ponies as a kid)

Brakes are excellent, but needs Recaro seats, with full harness, that would stop you from hurtling over their neck when they brake.

Also decided some soft springs and shocks would be good under the saddle, as ride quality was very hard.

Why is it that:-The geegee gets loads of blankets and the soft side of the saddle as padding for its back, why is it we get the unforgivingly hard and super slidey top to sit on?

It was great to try, a real experience, and makes a great party ice breaking line, but I think I'll stick to riding my Surf!
