Where can I get one of these?

Anybody got any idea where I can get an alloy wheel like the one in the pic?
When I bought the Surf it had these fitted and the standard wheel as a spare, no problem I thought, if I get a flat tyre I'll just fit that until I get a repair done....... But I cant, the wheel nuts are different
Ideally I'd like to match the wheels but as a stop gap if anybody has standard nuts they'd like to part with let me know how much you'd like for the said items and we'll sort something out

Hi, Milners do wheel nuts for £1.50 each,plus the vat!
