I used to be able to, but haven't been on the site for a couple of months.

You either have to have a blue star (subscription) or over 250 posts to use PM's now.

Didnt agree myself as it's a real inconvenience not being able to pm people who arnt subscribers, especially when organising meets, but the power that be have their reasons. You could always subscribe and support the site....
