Bike Rack

Does anyone know of a rack that will hold up to 3 mountain bikes and fasten to the back of a 2nd gen surf. I have no tow bar, and a rear mounted spare, not too fussed about having to remove the spare wheel to attatch rack,

Or if anyone has made their own, a photo please (have welder, will work for food)

We picked up a nearly new Halfords rack that mounts onto our spare wheel for £20.
There is adjustment on it to allow for the offset spare.
