Quad bike accident!

had my first quad bike accident!!... off road doing about 60 along the lanes... my mate stopped for a big hole and i didn't!!... ran into him, thrown off bike, foot got caught in webbinh, twisted everyway possible and then just to put the icing on the cake the !!!!!! thing ran me over!!

managed to get to pub last night but had to leave early cos of pain!

been to hospital for x rays and nothing broken but it does smart a bit!!

just got an annoying all over body pain esp in foot and neck!...

might go to local massage parlour and see if they do sports injuries!

update

hobbled around at work today... my left foot is now completely black!... sneezed and my neck started giving me jip!...

bit of a !!!! cos i learned myself a new trick and can't show anyone cos i can't bend my ankle to get it up on 2 wheels!

buttocks pain has now receeded into just kidney pain!
