Wheel arch's fitted !

I finally got my Roughtrax wheel arch's fitted. I think they look pretty good.
Not as good as factory fitted arch's but for £130 you can't go wrong.
At least I don't have to worry about mr plod pulling me over for having tyres that stick out 1 1/2 inch from under the arch's.

They look pretty good to me, all youve got to worry about now is getting nicked for parking on double yellows. you cant deny it. photographic evidence.
Ive had a fancy for those roughtrax arches myself but never committed as I was unsure how they would look. Now I know, its time to go shopping.

Yes, I must admit you've caught me out there Dan, it is a little too clean.
But only on the top half, underneath there are still big clumps of earth ,clay and grass from Salisbury last November.

Toyota did normal and wide body 2.4s too.

Nice job Bob. At least you can say you have a custom Surf. I have the factory fitted ones and I can't claim any credit for them, although I did respray two after scraping them on the garage wall.

The arches come in black, all I've done is give them a little rub down with wet and dry to take off the shine ready for spraying. Can't spray at the moment coz it's too cold, but when the weather get's a little warmer I'm going to spray them slightly darker grey than the bodywork.

Yeah the tyres are 31-10.50-15 , I had to change the rims from the ones that origionly came with the truck, so I got some off ebay that had been taken from a 94 wide body.
