Lifesure doing us proud !

I know that there's loads of posts on here about different insurance companies, but I just had to write this about Lifesure.

My insurance is due at the end of the month so I thought that I'd have the usual ring around to see what deals I could get.

I'm 32, full no claims, clean licence,surf's parked on driveway and about 10'000 mls a year.

First I phoned A-plan who I'm with at the moment.... £387.00 fully comp

Direct line, who were very close to A-plans quote last year... £464.10 !!!!!

Then I tried Lifesure on recomendation from other surfers.... £294.00 fully comp £200 excess and £60.00 glass excess.

I nearly fell off my seat ! I've given up phoneing round now, I know who'll be getting my buisiness.

i'm with lifesure aswell i rang around several companies and they gave me 10% off my surf and 10% off the wifes imported celica i only had 2yrs n/c and they gave me a full 70% by having the 2 cars with them so they definately had the thumbs up from me

I'm with lifesure too,3rd year and my new cover is £30 less than last year. Never had that before! Keep sending them the buissness folks and the price may keep falling.

When I renewed a few months back I got £296 fully comp (protected)with APlan and Lifesire wanted about £100 more for the same policy!!! I'm 37 with full no claims, 10000miles a year, parked in a garage at night in a nice safe area, with Tony as a named driver... there is just no accounting for how insurance companies produce quotes!!! (unless the bit about Tony put them off as they knew he'd have the old grinder in the back all the time )

bin with LS for about 1 year now, added wifes car last week ( o lot cheaper than Churchill thats for sure ) also big plus had a SP50 to declare, Churchill wanted extra £66, LS said NO WORRIES OR EXCESS PREMIUM TO PAY !!!

Just got my surf old insurer wanted £700 with £400 excess tried Lifesure and got it down to £480 with only £200 excess.

Just off the phone with the guy from Lifesure as I was wanting a quote to see how competitive they are for when my renewal is due.

Tesco were asking £389 fully comp, £250 excess, protected no claims.

Lifesure are £284 fully comp, £250 excess, protected no claims.

Both quotes are for myself and the wife as a named driver, I was also told it will be lower next year as the wife will be 25 by then. So it looks like LIfesure will get my buisness this year.
