daft question and now does anyone know

just been out in surf and noticed that the hazard warning switch wasnt illuminated, want to know 1 should it be and second does it alter when operated as mine does neither except put the hazards on

It should light up with the lights on, but ours does'nt flash when switched, just the dash indicator lights flash.

Yes, it should illuminate with the lights.

On mine the illumination bulbs had blown on both the hazard and rear windscreen buttons. Got replacements from Maplins, 5 bulbs for about £2.20.

Looks like my 2.4 needs 2 bulbs then, and Linda's 3.0 needs 1.

cheers have orderd off web site but usefull to know....... also seem to have opened a can of worms here does anyone know which buttons should be illuminated as the auto window switch on drivers door is lit but no other i guess the idle up switch need a new bulb as that isnt on but the suspension is, oooooooooooooo its the little things that get me stressed, well thats what the wife says
