Spare wheel carrier hinge covers

Been a couple of questions on this before but no replys, can anyone suggest where I can get a pair of the above as my Surf came without any and my hinges are starting to seize up, there does not seem to be any way of lubricating them apart from dowsing in oil which then makes a mess over the rear bumper.
I'm sure I read somewhere on the forum that someone had access to these but can't find it.

Have you tried your local Toyota dealer, one of mine was also missing, if I remember rightly it cost around £3. You will need your chassis number to order it and it will take around 3 working days to come from Belgium I believe.

In the mean time use spray silicon on the hinges .It will last longer. I do and dont have any trouble.
