All stickered up

Had the local paper round today to take some pics of the surf for a bit of coverage for the Mac 4x4 event. Only found out they were coming on monday and had no stickers for our sponsors, had to rush around getting them done and got home just as the photographer arrived. Still more to come.

I'd like to know why you have said "Yuck"
If you have read his website you would see why they have done it.
In addition to Jon & Rick, both myself and John Gee have also entered the same event. My 4runner will be "stickered" up at the end of Jan, as I "sold" the panels/windows etc as advertising space to raise money for a worthy cause.
So can I take it that I will receive a similar sort of response then??

A couple of pics in daylight. As has been said they are on the car for a good cause and will be removed at the end of March.These companys have been good enough to sponsor us for this event(all of which is going to Macmillan not running the car) and I am more than happy to keep the stickers on the car for a couple of months.

well done. I am sure that yuo have noticed there is still some grey panels that can be seen... ie. no stickers on them... come on folks, anyone else out there know of anyone that could sponsor Jon and Rick?

Just to endorse what Rusty has posted . There are 3 Surfs from this forum taking part separtly from each other . ALL of these teams need support .None of the monies are going in our pockets , in fact all fuel , food and hotels are being paid for by the entries . We are taking time out of our working life and weekends to organise and prepare for this .

If anyone on here has lost a loved one (my dad) to cancer or any other illness will know how important it is to support the research and prevention or this any many other illnesses .
I do understand you may be able to sponsor all the Surfs taking part later on in the forum , but as yet we want you to be aware of the event and be able to sponsor us when asked .

I will now get off my Surfbox , well nearest I will get to owning a Surf is the soap powder .

To start the ball rolling and seeing as they are sporting the logo for the web site I will donate £50.00, so come on folks get donating.
