Yes but they really don't need one.Spend the money on something useful.

I agree, dont waste your money. Always start the engine without touching the accelerater until the oil is up to pressure. When shutting down always allow the engine to settle to idle for a few seconds before switching off.
This goes for any turbo vehical not just diesels.
Should i be switching the higher tick over button on straight away then or wait for the oil pressure to move? In fact where should the oil pressure get to. Mine goes to the first notch when its at normal revs, bit more with lead foot, but drops down to nearly the end at tick over. Please tell me this is normal!
