help needed please on mpg

i,m looking at buyer a surf.. at the mo i have a 2.3td frontera diamond on a L reg.
can some one let me know what mpg you are getting on the 2.4 and 3.0l models on j, k, l, regs.

and any tips on the car..

my average mpg is ? £45 per tank of diesel (?50/55Ltr) and around 425 KM a bit better on long trips

MPG is anywhere from 20 - 30. Depends a lot on how and where you drive it. Mine averages about 23 but will get 29 on a long M-way run if I keep it down to about 60mph.

65 / 70 MPH on motorways.
