Good on ya mate. Thanks for the support. It's probably something I have done that is stupid. I was talking to my brother last night and he says if I clicked the "have disk" option in wizard I may have replaced the updated driver with an old one. I have tried the option of going back to the driver included with the XP software. The only option I have not tried is getting the driver from the Windows XP disk.

Thanks to all for your help with this one. It is all sorted out now. The parallel port was switched off in the BIOS. Switched it on. Re-started and wizard talked me through the set-up. I can print off a new set of Surf calling cards now.
