Timbersurf; the lift from la supertrux was £428.88 inc delivery. That includes 4 ES 9000 pro comp shocks, uprated srings for rear and 25% uprated torsion bars for the front.The garage that fitted it for me took, if i remamber correctly £ 180, that was including laser wheel alignment.

larry; the wheels came from formula 4x4, they are 15x8 chrome 8 spokes with 31x10.5x15 bfg muds.

Damian; at drumclog you could do as you please, it was just my luck to be teamed up with two guys that were right into the rough stuff. But as they sayed " thats what off roading is all about" a few of the times thet i got stuck i could just open the door to get out, thats how deep the rutts were.
