help!!!!!!!

this is doing my head in, i have been without a motor for over 4 weeks no as the head finaly went on the truck and the guy i have doing it for me seems to be haing far to much trouble with it, does anyone near basildon essex know of anyone who can get a head shimed up for me asap as the idiots that this guy got the head from have failed to set the head up and there is less than 3 thou gap on each valve so i need to find someone who can get the shims for me or better still just set the head up for me as i need the motor for work
