what is to become of the old site, will it just remain and just become obsolete, or can this forum be linked from the old 'forum' hyperlink or even will hiluxsurf.co.uk be redirected to yotasurf.co.uk, i know most people only go straight to the forum, but a lot of people browsing will look at the content of the site first, there are some very good surf sites out there with 'tech' sections particularly interesting, andys 'replacing the head' is very good, also readers rides pics would also interesting, http://www.showmesome.info/hilux/ is a good example of a good site

I am just waiting for paperwork to be finalised then when the site www.hiluxsurf.co.uk is transferred over i will update it.
This forums link will replace the aborwood one on the site, more links will be added e.g to codlords site etc etc along with some more info etc.
Whats worth retrieving from the old forum we will, but sadly yes it will graually fade away and die.
Say not always what you know, but always know what you say.

Just a note on this, we have the power to lock all the threads on the old forum, this will stop new posts replacing the old ones, so nothing else will get lost, there is no time limit on the old board, just a limit of 4000 messages, so no new messages means nothing else getting deleted, unfortunatly, there is only about 2 months worth of stuff on there now, whitch is way this place is so much better in the long run for searching stuff.
anyone can them cut and paste stuff from there to here as the questions are asked, and it won't get lost any more. Plus we can still waffle away like old wimmin in general chat......................
