pitman arm puller

anyone know where you can get a pitman arm puller ?

I have tried to remove pitman arm with 2-arm and 3-arm flexible arm pullers with no luck as hooks keep slipping off
i cant find one as pictured in haynes manual, with solid arms

You are a bit far from me to borrow mine . If you can drill a hole in each 'leg' of puller and link them with a length of flat steel to stop them spreading , might help hold in place . Only idea I got at the mo .
