Hi does anyone know how to get the red dye out of diesel?

Hi yes mate a stuff called "FULLERS EARTH"

irish moss peat, used for gardening, can be used to slowly filter out the die, it's big industry around the border counties in Ireland. i think you have to add acid as well.

The process used to remove the dye creates chemicals that wreck your engine. That may just be propoganda put about by the C&E though.

heard there is a dye on ebay that dyes all diesel blue.
regardless of what colour it starts as.
dont know if its legal though?

I suppose if fullers earth works then so would wine finings or beer finings!
