94 surf - 3.0L diesel - tyres for spain

Hi,

please help, i need new tyres for my surf and i do not know which to buy.

I live in ibiza spain, where it is hot, but when it rains, it pours!!

I can not by them here, as the prices are ridiculous, so i need to import from UK i imagine.

i need a tyre that performs well in the heat. 90% of the time i drive on tarmac or reasonably ok gravel roads.

i like the look of off road tyres, but think i need to be practible. The tarmac quality here is poor, and in the rain my car slides.

All of those are ok, but I'd get BFG A/T's everytime for anything that's not an outright offroad truck.

They've always lastest well, drove nicely and still work amazing well offroad.

My brother-in-law lives in costa blanca and says there's a tyre place called Hancock or Hancoock ? there are a few depots so maybe a national group they are quite cheap. I remember he bought some Michelin 18" tyres for approx £90 each which at the time were about £200 in UK

Unless 4x4 tyres are more expensive for some reason I'd try the mainland M8
