Best spare for matching KL71's

As KL71's are directional what's a good, bi-directional spare to match them with?

In an ideal world it would basically be the 4x4 version of a space saver as it sits on my roof rack!

The requirements would be;
33"
Cheap as it shouldn't come into use very often,
Bi-directional,
Narrow to save space and weight

PS, has anyone ever run a KL71 backwards and is it really an issue if you're just lumping your truck home after a puncture?
