quick question on tyre

i currently have road tyres on 265/70/15
i have been looking at some insa turbo sahra tyres in 31/10.5/15
will these be ok ie clearance wise std ride height etc or any other good mud tyres not fussed about road noise at all as its my falconry vehicle and will spend most its life in feild
