A couple of 33" 12.5 15 Questions...

I know I would need a 3" lift to fit 33"15.5 15 MT's, but is that for off road clearance only? If I fitted them with a 2" lift would they foul the arches and stuff or would it be O.K.? and would this size tyre fit on 7" rims?

from what I have read on this forum you should get away with it if you don't offroad but it is pretty tight ( TonyN is up on this sort of stuff I think )
don't know about maximum tyre size for rim sizes but hopefully someone on the forum will know I say hopefully as I would like to know the maximum tyre to rim sizes myself!

Not ideal with a 2" lift even on road - it might work, but the steering radius would be pretty ****e.

33x12.50 might just fit a 7" rim, but would look fairly naf, and no idea what performance you would get. Ideally you should have a 10" rim, but could get away with 8".

4" lift is recommended for 33's unless you doing major work on the bulkhead.

I run these with a 4 inch lift and they still just catch on full lock or sometime when off road?
