  • Underslung spare?

Anyone know if a 31/10.5/15 will fit in the underslung carrier on a 2nd Gen?

No problem - got one on there at the moment.

Now - does anyone know if a 32x11.5 fits coz the truck looks a bit lop sided with the current spare fitted

If you have a tow-bar fitted it *may* not fit - with my old tow bar the standard size spare only just fit, so a 31 would not have.

More to the point will I get one my 33" x 12.5's under there without too many mods?

(31"'s fit by the way with my Anker towbar).

Forgot to say I've got a Witter tow bar fitted - 31 goes in easy.

It'll touch the exhaust, and melt a hole in it!

Maybe I could re-route the upcoming custom SS exhaust or fit a heat shield?

                Hmmm...

Thanks for your help, I've got a Towequipe fitted, but it doesn't look like it will be a problem.

                    Cheers,

                    Paul
