try speaking to Hormygollop (keith)... he sells all that gear DVD... monitors, etc and has loads fitted in his motor.
from what i saw of the stuff he had on ebay, it's not top brands but seemed quite cheap (pricewise, not looks wise!)
i reckon the dvd players are all much of a muchness for in car as all they do is convert a digital to analogue signal apart from features such as menus etc... the sound quality and display is probably where you'd be best off spending more cash.

I no it's a bit late for the reply but i got a JVC KD_DV5000 roadtheatre and it's the dogs,play's DVD,CD,MP3,DAP,DTS,
recorded dvd it's ideal cos you don't need a seperate dvd player as everything is in one unit.

All you got to do is add a screen or two or three four five s!!!!!!!!!!

Be carefull, some of the dvd players dont have an audio amp built in, but if you have line level inputs on your stereo, bob's your aunty.

I can also give you a phone number for a local supplyer of dvd players with built in fm tuners and amps etc, he also carries tft monitors at a very reasonable price!
