3rd Gen Cargo guard / Cargo system

Does anyone know where I can get a proper cargo-guard, or better still a full cargo-system for a 3rd Gen surf? I'm not after an adapted dog-guard, but something made for some serious travelling. Have tried loads of US/OZ/NZ sites but can't find anything for the 3rd Gen. Here's an idea what I'd ideally like to find http://www.blackwidow4wdstorage.com/..._200Series.htm

Any ideas - save me getting the welder out?
