Spare wheel carrier

Can anyone tell me where I can get a carrier for the spare wheel, at the moment it is fitted underneath the rear bumper, but I have seen Surf's with it installed on a swing out bracket on the back.

I have a 1992 Toyota Surf SSR

Have tried all the usual i.e Milner etc, it seems they are widely available in Australia!!!

Hi, I have just taken my swing out spare wheel mount and want a underbody one, mines a 3 litre 93 model will it fit and vice versa?, maybe a swap is possible.
