its 0800 hours and i am of to a auto sparkie 2 have my as450 winch looked at and if the sparkie says its gubed i am going to get a new one but witch winch shoud i buy to fit the toyota winch bar that is fited to my surf i know it should be 8000lbs or over

Which winch bumper do you have?
Is it a TJM and if so any chance you could put a piccie of the mounting plate
on the forum as I am looking at fabbing one up.
I am looking at putting a 12,000lb winch on mine.

Stock, there is no where to mount a winch on its own. You will need some form of brackets/cradle etc to mount it. A bumper is the best option. Ive found one site that sell them and there nearly £600. If i find the site i'll put it up.Comment
