  • Mk1 for sale

    Hi all,

Due to the robbing bastid sodding taxman moving the goalposts it looks like I'm going to be selling my Mk1 Surf.
Its a June '86 on a "C" plate, 2.4td manual, black with silver graphics.
Its got a re-built radiator (new top tank and core) coz the old one had a tiny weep and I'm paranoid about cooling.
Its been flushed and flushed and flushed then finally it was flushed, new Toyota UK spec thermostst fitted and re-filled with Toyota red antifreeze.
    New Toyota filters all round.
It does not loose any coolant and does not pressurise.
It starts, drives, stops and runs perfectly.
The old girl is just about mint and I mean mint even the chassis is like new not a mark of rust anywhere.
The guy who did the MOT accused me or re-painting the chassis - but its original.
The chrome is bright all round
The only thing wrong i can find is a small crease by the rear light.
Because I was planning on keeping this one forever its fitted with a Sony/Rockford/Infinity stereo system which is available at extra cost.
I'm looking for £3000 no offers.
If anyone is seriously interested I have a heap of photos I can email.
If you work for the tax office - "I HATE YOU WITH A PASSION"

    Cheers
    Neil
