For Sale ,or willing to swap or part ex against a 4runner/surf automatic.
A beautiful car inside and out,comes with ALL old mot's, FULL service history,just been serviced and valeted.
I bought this car recently...only to discover my knee and lower back are no longer up for a manual. I'm weeping here as i love this car, but console myself with the thought of stayin on the hilux high by way of a automatic instead.Not as much fun..but still a fare compromise! My Insurer tells me this is a rare model and cheaper to insure than a surf. This is a truely straight car. And all i ask is £3,500! Fill ya boots...

That is a most tempting offer m8,it really is, but i'm afraid i'm holding out for a 3.0 auto. I should have put that in the add, my apologies for that. Good luck with the sale of yours I'm actually concidering a trade in as well now

possibly buying,whats the mileage and does it come with any electrics or aircon etc?
Is there an alarm or immobilizer fitted,much tread on the tyres and have u paperwork confirming a cambelt change?
How many owners in total?

Questions....i don't mind at all mate. Its had 4 previous owners including myself. Which is not bad concidering its a British car and not an import and been registered here since new. Afraid no aircon tho, it has got a electric sunroof,which i feel is better as more economical. It does have a factory fitted alarm and immobilisor. Medium tread on tyres. The car is already booked in for a cambelt change ..so will indeed have the paperwork to prove. May i add one other thing about these rare British 4runners...their a darn sight cheaper to insure. It cost me £340 fully comp(protected) on this car,i called my insurance today to get a quote on a 3.0 auto surf...he wanted another £103! Because it was an import. Buggers!

Oops sorry m8 forgot the milage, which is 114k which is not as high as it sounds on a toyota 3.0 bullet proof engine, espicially one that has been looked after as well as this one has. It comes with every mot in its history, and a full service history book..not a stamp is missing to this day!

Trying to sweet talk the wife eh! Blimey...good luck mate! Mabe you should nip out and come back with some supplies, like err... a bunch flowers, box of chocolates and her favourite dvd! But seriously if it helps mate, how does £3,200 grab you? Thats the offer i got today, but its from a dealer just down the road, and i'd rather sell it to someone on this site, than see some dealer sell it on with his grand + on top! Good luck....
