@Woodwarm - Robert, was the metal induction pipe one of the bits you had? I mislaid it and had an inquiry on it.....just need to know so I can stop pulling what little hair I have left out!!

Anyone in the market for bits related to the rear brakes they're off now...propshafts and diffs on the list next...

Yes had a couple of metal pipes, radiator bottom hose pipe, oil pipe to turbo.




Oh & a big heavy thing with 8 valves.

Drive shafts out if anyone needs them...

Rear prop off, diff out....
Gearbox, front prop and front diff next week....
Then an engine bottom end to strip and the chassis can go!

I got carried away today while waiting for the F1 to start...

Front drive shafts/hubs, front prop, anti roll bar and gearbox off...

front diff, rear axle case and the remains of the engine to go.

does anyone near Reading own a puller they might lend me in exchange for parts perhaps, for picture 3? not worth me buying one.

Oil, the ultimate corrosion inhibitor...totally rust free crossmember..

Thought it was time for an update on the bits I have left:

front drive shafts
rear drive shafts
rear axle casing
front diff
steering box
steering idler
steering linkage
steering column and ignition key
pas pipes and reservoir
auto box
torque converter
transfer box
brake drums etc
1 front caliper (drivers side)

front cross member
torsion bars
chassis (if you need any bits i can chop it up)
various relays and ecu's
4 doors - most of the motors, regulators, locks, handles, hinges etc
all 4 door glass
bonnet
front wings

various engine bits including con rods (pistons are past it, cracks and pick up marks)

rear seats
boot carpet (needs a clean and some poppers)
3 of the arm rests and window switches
most of the lights except headlights
headlight and indicator stalks

4xWheels with 2 usable tyres on

other odds and ends...

Andy, could you hang on to the bonnet, driver's door switches, that transfercase wiring (that I forgot all about, oops sorry) and expansion tank for me please?

I can come down and collect it all at the end of the month if thats OK, got to shift a truck or two first!

Would be nice (I think) to see my home town.

No problem re bonnet or expansion tank, pop along anytime, if you can give me a heads up though would be handy .

Only got the other 3 door switches not the drivers one (could have sold that 4 times), transfer case wiring went to the scrappy, sorry, but I do still have the short loom for the front diff?
