Rob - just trying to figure out packing your deflectors. All the boxes I have are the wrong shape (not long enough) I think I will wrap each and then wrap them all together to protect them.

It may be worth considering more than just basic snail mail as the sunroof deflector I sent got broken in transit despite being heavily protected and marked as Fragile A courier may be a better idea - Ill give you some options.

Just try your best mate. The lads at the yard use 2 packing crates and a couple side bars, but tbh, a decent courier should do the trick. I can mend dents, just prefer not to
        What comes around goes around!!

@Rob5464 - Postage costs are 8.21 with my Hermes including up to 100.00 damage cover.

I had to buy some packing stuff so total call it 40.00 delivered all in. Let me know how you would like to pay and your address etc and Ill send it off for you. Happy to take Bank transfer as saves on Paypal costs.

Thanks for that. I am not in a rush for them anyway. What's your email? It's easier if I pay through Paypal; I will send it as a gift payment and you won't incur any charges.

Surf 77 - I found an unmarked and undamaged end piece for the bumper at home and have brought the drivers door home Ill strip these down today. Any ideas on how you want it packaged? I can use cardboard and protect the corners by making up thick triangle peices. What do you think about the main part of the door itself.... not something Ive had to pack before.
hello, sorry for delay in getting back been very busy working and working and in between that sleeping. Like your idea of those triangle card pieces for protecting the corners and then maybe a good few layers of bubble wrap with some card over the top of that and lots of brown cellotape and some fragile stickers, I often feel if they can kind of tell from the shape what it is they might look after it a bit more. Ups are one of the better couriers but normally one of the dearest and depends how that works for you your end?

hello, no rush at all, take your time, I just had the M.O.T. on the truck and rear tyre on the bmw both bills around the £200 mark. So not in a rush to spend more. Plus wont be looking at fitting them till early next year at best. So when ever suits you. Cheers
Hows that new motor of yours performing?
