  • A Bar and 5 x 3rd gen alloys with BFG A/Ts

I have, for sale, five wheels with used tyres. The wheels are from a 3rd gen Surf, but will fit 2nd Gen as I was using them on mine for two years. I have modified the front centre caps so they fit over the 2nd gen hub without wheel spacers on FYI.

I also have an A bar for sale.

Will sell to the first reasonable offer.
Some photos of the wheels / tyres.

If the chaps above donīt have the wheels and tyres, I would be interested. Could collect next week if convenient.
          Cheers,
          Mark

Just tried to PM you but it wonīt let me. If wheels are straight and tyres have decent tread I will go to 100 quid.

            Hi all,
Sorry cannot reply to PMs at the moment as my yearly subscription has expired. Will be renewing in a few days.

The tread on the tyres are lowish, with one of them worn more on one side as my tracking was out and didnt know. One of the rear tyres are lower than the rest due to slippage.

To be honest I'm not sure of a price. I think Ģ100 for all 5 but open to offers.

Do not have a picture of the A bar yet, will try and sort this on the weekend. Its basically a standard Surf A bar, although the bit where it says HILUX has some rust from the chrome being scuffed

            Cheers,

Tony, are they 16" rims and if so how much lift did you have on the 2nd gen they were fitted to,?

If they'll fit my 3ltr without issues then i'll take them (90 QUID COLLECTED ? )

                    Hi Tintin,
The lift in the photo was with around 4 or 5". The rims are 16" and the tyres are about 30.5" tall and around 10" wide, so the usual size from somewhere like roughtrax. I cant remember the size, may be something like 275/70/16. The tyres are just standard size, I had them on with saggy suspension (before the lift) and they never rub. When I put the 30mm spacers on, the very corner of the bumper used to touch only when articulating. Your offer is reasonable, I will sell them for that. Are you local to me? I should be around Saturday afternoon or Sunday if this is convenient for you.

                    Cheers,
