To be honest with a steering idler.If i know how new it is then i would sell it but if you go to roughtrax you can buy the 2 x plastic bushes for about a fiver which is cheaper option unless the ball joint on yours has had it

need some rear doors

Hi there, the doors have rusted through on my grey 92 surf, by the wheelarch. What are the doors like on this one? I'd be interested if they're in good condition and the same paint code. What is the paint code on this one, and how much would you want for the rear doors? And could you arrange to send them up to newbury? Any chance you could send a pic of the doors? i emailed you earlier regarding the radiator and to add to that my crank pulley's knacked do you have one at all mate if so how much?
i know you've been busy so don't worry if you haven't managed to send the rad, if you have a crank pulley can you throw that with the rad as well please and i'll sort payment with you

Hiya Tony.The rad was being sent today but the step son allowed the dogs into the other room and all the packaging i had is no more.I will get more tomorrow and send the rad off tomorrow.If i can get a puller then i will get a pulley off for you.

Hi Ja.The 2.4 turbo's i got have got a little play in the shafts so i'm not happy about selling them.
Give justbrad a shout as he is up your way and will probably have a turbo or Lordlucan

hmmm thats worrying i didn't use a puller on mine it just sort of wiggled it off but it only had a timing belt fitted in november 09 so i might just have been lucky i hope!
its no problem with the rad mate when you can get to posting it'll be ok as the weather up this end is a bit naff for working outside i'm hoping the weather will be ok for sat/sun as i plan on getting the atf changed at last had to enlist a more able bodied mate to help though it p;;;ing me off being incapacitated now as i would have had this dealt with when i got the ###### truck but never mind at least the gearbox is ok and it's being serviced very soon

Sorry Tony i was getting mixed up with the pulley's as someone was asking today for the bottom pulley.I take it you want the top crankshaft pulley on the head
