yes mate the wheel rack is complete,
but if you are trying to fit it to your vehicle that has an underslung spare wheel you will also need the tailgate to suit the rack also as they are totally different,i have one of those also in several colours,
wheel rack and tailgate £100 the pair,

It's actually a 3L (2.8 liter), but the pulley is the same.

hello, my surf has the switchable suspension ie hard/soft switch on the dash.... do you have any rear shocks for a 2.4 ssrx auto? the bushes are shot to bits in mine. Thinking about it though, is it possible to change the bushes or do you have to change the whole unit... could you let me know.. cheers, andy

its worth trying milners to see if they sell them seperately,
