yup, as long as it's a 2nd gen. There were two different types, the larger ones are normally found on early 2.4s, and the smaller ones were fitted to 3.0l 2nd gens and '93 on 2.4s from what i've read. They are interchangeable, either 2nd gen types will fit all 2nd gens. It's not easy to see which you've got from the pictures.

that's the earlier, larger type, but should fit all 2nd gens anyway. Anything upto 96, or anything with the drop down tailgate like what yours had rather than the conventional lift up estate type tailgate of the 3rd gens (96 on)
