Is yours for sale? If so, let me know, and I'll try to put a list together of the bits I need for mine
I'll check the exhaust tomorrow, meant to do it this afternoon but forgot. I'm pretty sure it's all good and can go though. Only thing i'm not sure about is if the powerflow one will clear a 31" underslung spare.

Looking for passenger side front glass and complete mirror - as stated here.

    Cheers

If you have problems on posting that, pls PM me and I will try and sort something out.

Not sure on posting the glass without speaking to a courier first, depends what the courier says but i'll ring them on monday. Quite happy to ship the mirror at cost. Where abouts in france are you? I'll get back to you when i've phoned them.

Thanks Ian, I guess the rear pipe could adjusted to get round the underslung spare, maybe even adjusted for a side exit.

      Still working for the man!

That's great news - but is the weight or the fact it's a piece of glass the problem?

I am in Cahors north of Toulouse.

I have been racking my brain trying to find someone locally whose moving up/down in the next week - to no avail yet.

I am next over late March but don't want the car out of action that long.

          Cheers!

haha Yep, I stay in Haslemere when in the UK.

just got a quick quote off the UPS website and it came up at £68, i'll go see the post office on monday, and ring up a few couriers too. Coz i would expect it to be a lot less than that.

Do you need anything to sit the breaker on Ian.
I've got two 2ton axle stands you can borrow for as long as you like if needed.

i always over calculate the weight to be on the safe side as i wiegh the stuff on bathroom scales and really wrap stuff more than neccessary so i would think as long as the window is really packed well then it should be ok

                      Thanks for the interest lads.

I spoke to a neighbour here in the hope he had some family coming down next week (no luck) but he gets his boxes of stuff from Milners up in Yorkshire and he reckons he's only charged about a tenner with DHL, which I found a bit surprising ...

If you see this before you leave in the morning alan that could be useful, i'll cope without until i have to put my muds on next weekend, i'd be allright if i hadn't already lent my stands to someone else. If you don't read this in the morning it's no trouble, i'll either get my 2nd set of stands back or put it on bricks for the day while i'm offroad next weekend. So don't worry either way.

The exhaust is all good, it's a pig to get on and off though, so much so that it's currently not attached but just tangled in amongst the surfs underside still. Had to give up playing for today as i gotta go out in a bit. Know anyone who could sleeve and reweld it if i cut it in two? would make it a hell of a lot easier to remove and refit, it's one piece from the turbo outlet flange all the way to the tailpipe at the moment. The downpipe is original, then it's 2.25" stainless from where powerflow chomped the original off at the bottom of the downpipe then did their stuff from there back. I'll send you a PM when i get in later on (about 11ish)

HUGE thanks for all your time and efforts Ian.
Got home, had sandwich, refitted alternator-a/c pump-washer bottle-battery.
Test drove round the block. Then changed all four wheels.
Guess what....... rear ones were stuck pretty well.
First one just took a good kicking the other one took a damn good hiding from behind with a scaff pole and a lump of 4x2.
The offset is very different so they sit much further out than the old ones. They are also about 2" taller when stood alongside!
look good though mate and whats more they're LEGAL!
Pass on my apologies to your folks.... they must think me very rude for dashing off without saying goodbye or thanks for the tea.

                                Before

                                after

                                Once again .....Thanks Ian
