  • Toyota aerial

    Hi all,
Anyone need an electric aerial 'cos I'm removing mine this weekend and fitting a stainless steel roof one, like on the original Mini Coopers had.

There's nothing wrong with it, it's just that where I live there is a lot of narrow lanes and this time of year they're a very over grown and I'm getting a bit miffed 'cos I got to switch my music off so the aerial will retract and won't be twanged off!

You'll need a 10mm socket and a crosshead screwdriver and two hands!
I found it much easier to unbolt the ECU and move it to one side and remove the glove box and surround to gain access to the aerial cable.
Oh and the wheel arch liner needs to be unbolted.
