Recently bought a 3.0td surf the steering wheel shakes heavily at 70mph and stops after exceeding the 70 mark any ideas also looking for a rear spoiler 96 model pliz help

Most likely could be wheel balance. Worth getting it checked before doing anything else.
Next most likely could be worn idler arm bushes - not expensive to replace but known to wear.
