bucket seat

I have a spare , black and red reclining bucket seat complete with sliders attached to the bottom .
It's not in perfect condition as its been stored a while but its just taking up space .
Why?

It's the same as these but the black has faded and it has 3 tiny (about 2mm each) holes inthe base towards the back.
