wheels/ 31" tyres for swap

i have my old wheels and tyres up for swaps/offers
they are 31/10.50/15 nexen all terrains with resonable tread on all of them

i did have a potential buyer for them but he keeps stringing me along with saying hes waiting for some money to clear that hes owed

the wheels could do with a refurbishment on the centres as they have a bit of oxidisation, but the chrome rims are excellent
