Bought my first Surf 10 days ago, love it to bits except after 8 days Head gasket blew. Dealer is trying to pin blame on me, anyone had any dealings with Ashwood Autos in Chesham.

Can't see how he can blame you, By law you have 3 months warranty with the dealer (I believe). Try trading stadards or citizens advice bureau.

What exactly is he saying you have done? drained all the water off and ran it?

Take it straight back and leave it there.

You are entitled to a 3 month warranty AFAIK
