That I need a new front diff but I can still run in 2Wd without it affecting anything else.

Also confirmed that my surf is pressurising water`

Might sound like a basic diagnostic but I've been through 3 week of hassle to get here

Doubtful. What are the symptoms that led to this diagnosis?

Your Surf will always pressurise the water in the cooling system. It's over-pressurisation that's the problem. Again, what are the symptoms and how was the diagnosis reached?

How much experience do they have with Surfs?

I started the engine from cold ( after removing the Rad. cap )revved it up & water came spewing out the rad.

Is the noise when the truck is moving or stationary? Is it definitely from the front diff, or could it be further back or out to one side?

That could be an air lock, have you overheated the engine at any point? The best way to check for a gubbed head or head gasket, is to have a sniff test done.
