Just a small snippet to consider. Our company actually designed the web site for CCB and I got to know the owner (Dave Day) very well. Personal opinion, for what it's worth, is that he is one of the most honest car sales guys you will meet. He recently added more reasons why you should buy from CCB and it's worth checking out. www.japanesecarimporters.co.uk/Why. Again, for what it's worth, cheap is what it says it is, value for money is what CCB seem to be all about.

I used CCB when I had the cam belt changed on my 2.4t surf.
They done a good job,it was done on the day they said it would,
it was ready when they said at the price they quoted.
They pointed out a problem which was not conected with the work
done,as the truck came with a mechanical warranty it was taken
to an approved agent for the work to be done ( radiator leak.
new one fitted )
I looked at the cars he had there,they were top money but they
were top class condition.All serviced cam belts done new tyres
etc.Its the same old same old you pay for what you get.
I looked at loads of trucks before I got this one,there is a load
of junk out there.A certain site in Southampton Docks were a joke
they claim only to sell to the trade But as a one off the will
sell to you with no warranty no come backs brought as seen,what
a load of rubbish all were very low grade auction,dents,scratches,ripped interiors engins looked as they
have never seen a garage,I ran away with sparks off my shoes.
But they were not cheap.
My 2.4td ssr was the most original I've seen,not been messed with
no bull bars no big wheels just pukka.I ve had it 3 years now

Hi everyone!

I bought a 2.4 SSRX Surf from CCB a couple of years ago. I paid £7995 for it. I know that is quite a lot but like I said it was a couple of years ago and the vehicle was immaculate! I would have happily eaten my dinner off the engine, it really was that clean!

The Surf was exactly as they are described in their ads. They have been serviced, incl. cambelt, mine came with 5 new tyres, any dents scrapes or blemishes are dealt with before any vehicle is sold. When I picked it up it felt like a brand new car!!

The other thing I liked about the place was the honesty of the owner. He was quite happy to tell me about the problems with the 2.4 cylinder heads, and told me what to look out for when buying a Surf, even if I didn't buy it from him.

Yes they are expensive, but well worth a trip if you want the best for your money.

Sice we are on about dealers,has anybody heard of Autobmc near chorleywood J19 of m25,I have paid deposit for a black surf.They seem quite honest, and reasonable prices.worth a visit speak to Norman.

I bought my '96 surf from AutoBMC in December 2004, nice friendly guys, no pressure to buy and they did all the extras I asked for....no complaints with the company and the Surfs great too
